The Omnix ERP Report Generator comes standard with the core Omnix ERP modules.

Key features:

• Each report has a report header and a report content section where field characteristics are defined
• Reports can be viewed, generated and printed according to pre-set security parameters
• Although reports are generated from one database, fields from related files can be used in formulae or to print a report
• Reports are generated from one database file, but relationships between files via a common field allow fields from related files to be used in formulae or to print on the report
• Reports can be exported and imported between databases to avoid recreating reports in multiple databases
• Customised or user-defined fields allow you to
  • calculate the value of a field using the database file’s fields and user-defined fields that have been specified for the report
  • exclude records from printing on a report that meet defined criteria
  • specify a control break on a field without printing totals
• An ASCII file can be generated and imported by Lotus 123, MS Excel or any other database system
